Joe E.

Raised in the Midwest by a family so rich with aviators, it is almost as if Joe had no choice but to become a pilot; after all, it’s all he knew. At every family gathering, the family’s pilots consisting of Army, Air Force, cargo, corporate, and airline pilots would tell majestic stories of flight and the accompanying perils into the early morning hours. In the corner, listening in amazement before he fell asleep with dreams that reached the flight levels - was Joe. Earning his private pilot’s license while in High School, Joe firmly set a course for a career in aviation. Presently Joe is a CRJ Captain for Air Wisconsin Airlines, and serves as the Chairman of the Master Executive Council for the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l. Prior to his current position, Joe accumulated over 9000 hours in aircraft that include E-110, LR24/25, FA20, Do328, and the BAe146.

In parallel to building a career in aviation, Joe has spent nearly every spare minute with a guitar in hand. In similar fashion to his progress as a pilot, Joe spent several years working through cover, cover/original, and an all original hard rock band that had moderate success on the Mid-Atlantic coast. This past year, Joe released his debut solo album, “So Many Questions” which was recorded at Master Sound Studios in Virginia Beach, VA. Touring through the summer months was a successful effort with shows at major theme parks, fairs and many other great venues. Joe is currently booking, and looking forward to a very busy 2011 concert schedule.
